Minimal invaziv cerrahi

Cerrahi yapılırken, küçük insizyonlar (kesiler) kullanıyorsa veya hiç kullanmıyorsa “minimal invaziv” olarak adlandırılır. Cerrahlar, küçük teleskoplar ve kameralar yardımıyla vücudunuzun organlarını görürler. Cerrahi onarımlar çok küçük aletlerle yapılır. Pek çok problem, tanı sırasında aynı girişimde tedavi edilebilir.

Bazı yaygın minimal invaziv cerrahi türleri aşağıda listelenmiştir:

  • Laparoskopi, göbek deliğindeki çok küçük bir kesiden karnınıza kameralı ışıklı bir teleskopun (laparoskop olarak adlandırılır) yerleştirilmesini içerir. Bu, cerrahın karnınızın ve pelvisinizin içini görmesini sağlar.
  • Robotik laparoskopi, konsolda oturan bir cerrah tarafından robot yardımı ile kontrol edilen laparoskopik aletlerlerin kullanıldığı bir yöntemdir.
  • Histeroskopi, rahim içini görmek için vajina ve serviks (rahim boynu) içinden sokulan ışıklı bir teleskop (histeroskop olarak adlandırılır) kullanır. Herhangi bir kesi yapılmamaktadır.


Minimal invaziv cerrahinin faydaları

Dışarıda daha az yara izi

Minimal invaziv cerrahi sonrası oluşan yara izleri, geleneksel açık cerrahiye göre çok daha küçüktür. Laparoskopide göbek deliği çevresinde bir kesi ve alt karında 1 ila 3 küçük kesi yapılır. Bu kesikler genellikle 1-2 cm uzunluğundadır. Histeroskopi, kullanılan aletin rahimin vajinaya açılan doğal açıklığından (rahim ağzı) geçtiği için iz bırakmaz.

İç kısımda daha az nedbe

Genel olarak, tüm ameliyatlar alt karnınızın (karın) içinde yapışıklıklara veya yara dokusuna neden olabilir. Bu yapışıklıklar ağrıya, hamile kalma sorunlarına veya bağırsak tıkanıklığına neden olabilir. Minimal invaziv cerrahinin daha az yapışıklık oluşturma olasılığı vardır.

Daha hızlı iyileşme

Minimal invaziv cerrahi sonrasında açık cerrahiye göre daha az hastanede yatış gerektirir. Hastalar daha hızlı hareket etmeye başlarlar. Bu, bacaklarda kan pıhtılaşması veya enfeksiyon gibi sorunların riskini azaltır.

Daha az ağrı, daha az ilaç

Kesiler daha küçük olduğu için minimal invaziv cerrahi açık cerrahiye göre daha az ağrılıdır. Bu, kadınların daha az ağrı kesiciye ihtiyaç duyduğu ve daha çabuk iyileştiği anlamına gelir.

Minimal invaziv cerrahinin dezavantajları

Herkese uygun değildir.

Bazen minimal invaziv cerrahi, daha önce karnının üst veya alt kısmında “açık” ameliyat geçirmiş veya başka tıbbi sorunları olan kadınlar için uygun olmayabilir. Cerrahın minimal invaziv olmayan açık cerrahiyi seçmek için başka nedenleri olabilir. Tüm ameliyatlar minimal invaziv tekniklerle yapılamaz.

Özel eğitim ve ekipman

Cerrahların minimal invaziv cerrahi yapabilmeleri için özel eğitime ihtiyaçları vardır. Tüm doktorlar bu tür prosedürleri yapmak için kalifiye değildir ve tüm  hastaneler bu tür ameliyatların bir kısmını veya tamamını yapmak için gerekli özel donanıma sahip değildir.
