*Delegate Helmer introduced HB 480 in the January 2022 session, which would require health insurance policies, subscription contracts, and health care plans to provide coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and for standard fertility preservation procedures, and ensure that fertility treatment is an essential health benefit in selecting a new benchmark plan.
